Chef Walter Ishizuka

Walter has previously worked for three Michelin-star Paul Bocuse Restaurant in Lyon for four years and prior to joining Brasserie Joël, was in Paris for 3.5 years at the two Michelin-star Restaurant L’Espadon at the The Ritz Paris. Walter was born in Lyon with a French mother and a Japanese father.
