French-Japanese Chef Walter Ishizuka – who trained under the wing of the celebrated ambassador for modern French cuisine, Paul Bocuse – has once again cooked alongside three celebrity Chefs; Nathan Outlaw, Simon Hulstone and Eric Lanlard.

The latest trio of gastronomic geniuses to show support for the charity, joined forces for one night only on Monday 1st December and created an exceptional evening of food and entertainment helping raise a fantastic £20,000!
