French-Japanese Chef Walter Ishizuka – who trained under the wing of the celebrated ambassador for modern French cuisine, Paul Bocuse – will once again be cooking alongside three celebrity Chefs; Nathan Outlaw, Simon Hulstone and Eric Lanlard.

The latest trio of gastronomic geniuses to show support for the charity, and joining forces for one night only on Monday 1st December will create an exceptional evening of food and entertainment in order to raise funds for this unique charity.
